Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way!

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipping
• 🎁 Free Shipping – Orders over $50
  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipping

📦 Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be thrilled with your Halloween crafts! If something isn’t quite right, our friendly ghostly helpers are here to assist.

Return Window

You have 15 days from the date you receive your items to request a return or exchange.

Condition Requirements

• Items must be unused and in original packaging
• All original tags and labels must be attached
• Items must be in resalable condition

👻 How to Return an Item

Follow these simple steps to return your items:

1. Contact Our Team: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return.
2. Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request and send you a Return Authorization Number if approved.
3. Package Your Items: Securely package the items you’re returning, including the original packing slip or a copy of your order confirmation.
4. Ship Your Return: Mail your package to:

5. Keep Your Tracking Number: We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your tracking number for reference.

💀 Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.). In such cases, we’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label.

💰 Refund Information

Refund Processing Time

• Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for inspection and processing
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
• You should see the refund in your account within 5-10 business days after processing, depending on your bank or payment provider

Refund Method

• Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): Refunds will be issued to the original card used for purchase
• PayPal: Refunds will be issued to your PayPal account

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different product:
