✨ Important Note: Due to the nature of our craft products, Pumpkin Decorating Kits and any opened consumable materials cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. All other products are eligible for return or exchange within our policy period.

Condition Requirements:
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- All original tags and labels must be attached
- Items must be in resalable condition
Non-Returnable Items:
- Pumpkin Decorating Kits (due to perishable components)
- Opened consumable craft materials (paints, glitters, etc.)
- Personalized or custom-made items

Follow these simple steps to return your items:

- Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request and send you a Return Authorization Number if approved.
- Package Your Items: Securely package the items you’re returning, including the original packing slip or a copy of your order confirmation.

💀 Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.). In such cases, we’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label.
💰 Refund Information
Refund Processing Time:
- Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for inspection and processing
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- You should see the refund in your account within 5-10 business days after processing, depending on your bank or payment provider
Refund Method:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): Refunds will be issued to the original card used for purchase
- PayPal: Refunds will be issued to your PayPal account
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
